Adding Images to a Batch

• Select the Open Image item in the File menu or press CTRL+O.
• Select the image(s) you wish to open in the Open Image dialog.
  FineReader will add the image to the open batch and copy the image to the batch folder.

Note: You can also add images directly from Windows Explorer:

1. Select an image file or group of files in Windows Explorer.
2. Right-click the selection and select the Open with FineReader item in the local menu. If FineReader is currently running on your computer, the selected files will be added to the current batch. Otherwise, a copy of FineReader will be launched and the selected files will be added to a new batch.
   This local menu item is only enabled if the file format is supported by ABBYY FineReader 7.0
