Editing Tables
The table editor provides you with tools to carry out the
following:
To merge
cell or row contents:
- Hold down the CTRL button and select the cells or rows
you wish to merge, followed by the Merge Table Cells or
Merge Table Rows item in the Edit menu.
To split cell
contents:
- Select the Split Table Cells item in the Edit
menu.
Note: This command may only be applied to cells merged
previously.
To
split row or column contents:
- Select the or tool on the
toolbar in the Image window, then click the row/column you
wish to split or add a new horizontal/vertical separator to.
Tip: You can merge row contents by using the tool
or the Merge Table Rows command (Edit menu).
To
delete cell contents:
- Select the cell(s) you wish to delete in the Text window
and press DEL.
