The Replace Dialog

Option	Option description
Find what	Enter the search pattern: type it, choose from the list or copy from the clipboard. Click the button to find special characters like optional hyphens or line breaks.
Replace with	Enter the word or the phrase you'd like to replace the search pattern with: type it, choose from the list or copy from the clipboard. Click the button to enter special characters like optional hyphens or line breaks. To delete some or all occurrences of the search pattern in the text, leave the Replace with field empty.
Match whole words only	Turns on the match whole words only mode. For example, if you enter the search pattern "Fine" in this mode, "FineReader" won't be found.
Match case	Turns on the match case mode. For example, if you enter the search pattern "fine" in this mode, "Fine" and "FINE" won't be found.
Look through all batch pages	FineReader will try to find the search pattern in all batch pages in this mode.
Direction	Choose the search direction.
Find next (button)	Finds the next occurrence of the search pattern.
Replace (button)	Click this button to replace the search pattern with the text entered in Replace with field. To replace all occurrences of the search pattern in the text, click Replace all button.
Replace all (button)	Click this button to replace all occurrences of the search pattern in the text with what you entered in the Replace with field. To search and replace only some occurrences of the search pattern, use Find and Replace buttons.
