| Check Spelling | Looks for misspelled words and uncertain words in the text. |
| Next error | Moves the pointer in the Text window to the next uncertain word. |
| Previous error | Moves the pointer in the Text window to the previous uncertain word. |
| View Dictionaries | Opens the Select Dictionary dialog, so you may set the dictionary you want to view and edit. |
| Translate word with Lingvo | Translates the selected word or word combination. Available if you have Lingvo installed on your PC. |
| Language Editor | Features tools for creating and editing user dictionaries and language groups. |
| Pattern Editor | Features tools for creating and editing user patterns. |
| Scanner Settings | Opens the Scanner settings dialog, so you may adjust the scanner settings to get a high-quality image. |
| Formats Settings | Opens the Format Settings dialog. You may set the saving parameters for the RTF/DOC/Word XML, HTML, PPT, CSV, DBF, and Text formats in the dialog. |
| Customize | Sets up toolbars. |
| Options | Opens the Options dialog. There are the General, Scanning, Image, Recognition, Check Spelling, Formatting tabs in the dialog. |
