Batch Settings

To save batch settings in a file:

• Сlick on Save Options... on the General tab (Tools>Options). The Save Options As dialog will open.
• Enter the file name.

The following settings will be saved: the Scan/Open, Read, Check Spelling and Save tab settings, and the settings specified in the Formats Settingsdialog box. The user languages, user language groups and user patterns will also be saved in the file. To apply the options set to all new batches, check Apply this options set to new batches in the Save Options As dialog.

To return to the default settings:

• Сlick on Reset to Defaults on the General tab.

To load the settings:

• Сlick Load Options... on the General tab and select the ABBYY FineReader option set (*.fbt) file that contains the desired settings.
