Creating and Removing Dictionary Groups

To create a new dictionary group:

1. Select the Dictionary Group command from the Tools menu.
2. In the Dictionary Group dialog box that opens, select the required translation direction and click (New Group);
3. In the New Group dialog box, type in a name for your new group and click OK. The Dictionary Group dialog box now displays the name of your newly created group and the translation direction you specified. The Dictionaries in group list is empty.
4. In the Available list, select those dictionaries you wish to add to the group and click  (Add) to move them to the Selected list.

To remove a dictionary group:

1. Select the Dictionary Group command from the Tools menu.

2. In the Dictionary Group dialog box that opens, select the group you wish to delete.

3. Click (Remove Group).
