Ctrl+C+C / Ctrl+Ins+Ins Combination and the Office Clipboard

When you use the hot keys Ctrl+Ins+Ins or Ctrl+C+C to translate words from Microsoft Office 2000/XP applications (Word, Outlook, etc.), the Clipboard toolbar may appear. Unfortunately, this toolbar does not always pop-up in the same location in Office 2000/XP applications, which may be inconvenient. However, you can change the behaviour of the Clipboard.
