Changing Sound and Animated Images in ABBYY Lingvo Tutor

To replace the sound and animated image of ABBYY Lingvo Tutor with your own files:

1. Close ABBYY Lingvo Tutor.
2. In the Program Files\ABBYY Lingvo 12 folder, create the Resources subfolder and place your files with sound or animation there. To play animation, you will need three files named No.avi, Yes.avi and Neutral.avi; to play sound, you will need seven files with the following names: No_0.wav, No_1.wav, Yes_0.wav, Yes_1.wav, Yes_2.wav, Yes_3.wav and Yes_4.wav.
3. Run regedit.exe (Start>Run...>Regedit).
4. In the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ABBYY\TrainingUtility\2.0\Resources folder, set True as the value for the useExternalResources field.

Note: The number, names and format of sound and image files must be identical to the ones specified in this text. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will get the wanted result or that the program will run properly.
