If you decide
to delete a payee(A person or
business to whom you write a check or make some other kind of
payment.) , you can do one or both of the following:
If you no longer want a payee name to appear in the payee list,
you can delete it from the list.
If you no longer want to pay a certain payee by using online bill payment(A
service that lets you electronically pay bills from within Money.
Electronic payments (Epays) and automatic payments (Apays) are
examples of online bill payments. ) , you can delete the
payee from your bill payment
provider's(An online service provider that enables you to pay
bills electronically, either directly from Money or on the
provider's Web site.) online payee list.
Click Banking, click Account
Tools, and then click Categories &
Payees.
Under View, click All
Payees.
Right-click the online payee that you want to delete, and then
click Go to Details.
Click Remove from online payee list.
When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click
Yes. Money sends a request to your bill payment
provider to delete the payee from their online payee list.
Note
Deleting a payee from the payee list will not stop online bill
payment. To stop online bill payment, you'll need to delete the
payee from your bill payment provider's online payee list.
