Downloaded transactions don't appear in the account register

If Money downloads blank statements from your financial institution instead of the expected information, try the following:

Repair the Money file

On the File menu, point to Repair Money File, and then click Quick File Repair.

Empty the Temporary Internet Files folder

Close Money. In Control Panel, double-click Internet Options. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files, and then click OK. Restart Money.
