See your Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business account information on any computer

If you use Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business to track your finances, you can view the account and portfolio information from your Money file on MSN Money. To do so, you'll need to set up Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business to access your Money information on the Web. You must use Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business to set this option -you cannot complete this task by using MSN Money.

Start Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business.
Click Tools, and then click Settings.
At the top of the page, click Access your Money data on the Web.
If you see the Limit your data to a single computer page

Click Cancel.
If you see the Access your data from any computer page

Follow the instructions on the screen.
When your Money file is set up for access on the Web, view your financial information on MSN Money.
- To see your Money data on the Web, go to MSN Money on any computer, and then sign in with your Windows Live ID .

Notes

The steps above are for Microsoft Money 2005 and later. Steps for versions earlier than Microsoft Money 2001 are slightly different. Accessing your Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business information on the Web is available only with Microsoft Money 2001 or later.
You must use the same Windows Live ID with your Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business file as with MSN Money and the MSN browser.
The next time you access your investing information from the MSN Money Portfolio Manager, you will also see the investing data you added from Microsoft Money Plus Home & Business. As long as you don't limit your Money information to a single computer, your portfolio information will continue to be available in MSN Money.
