Certain types of programs, including Internet security, antivirus, firewalls, and Internet accelerators, can prevent Money from connecting to the MSN Money servers. Remove or change the settings on any software programs that might interfere with the synchronization process. If you remove any programs, restart your computer, and then try to synchronize again.
