Add or remove a debt account from the debt
plan
- Click Planning, click Planning
Tools, and then click Debt Reduction
Planner.
- If you see the Continue button, click it to
display your debt reduction plan or to create a plan if you haven't
set one up.
- If the account you want to add to your debt reduction plan is
in the list, go to step 4. Otherwise, click New
Account and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Under Debt Accounts Not in Debt Plan, click
the account, and then click Move Up.
- To see how the account affects your debt plan, click
Next.
After you've paid off an account,
you can remove it from the debt plan. Removing an account does not
delete or close the account in your Money file.
- Click Planning, click Planning
Tools, and then click Debt Reduction
Planner.
- If you see the Continue button, click it to
display your debt reduction plan.
- Under Accounts in Debt Plan, click the account
you want to remove, and then click Move Down.
Warning
Don't click Delete Account unless you want
Money to permanently remove the account and its transactions from
your Money file.
