Include or exclude a tax-related item for a tax export file
  1. Click Taxes, click Tax Tools, and then click Export to Tax Software.
  2. Click to export either business or personal transactions, and then click OK.
  3. Make sure the correct year is selected, and then click Continue.
  4. Select or clear the check boxes for the items to be exported, and then click Continue.
  5. In the left pane, click Use tax software.
  6. Follow the instructions on the screen.
