Cached Exchange Mode
To improve Office Outlook 2007 performance on highly latent networks, we recommend that users of Outlook 2003 or Office Outlook 2007 use Cached Exchange Mode, where users work with a local cache of their mailboxes. If Cached Exchange Mode is not possible, then we recommend that online users on highly latent networks turn off the To-Do Bar feature to eliminate additional server calls.
