Interactive message creation - /MAILTO command

The /MAILTO command is used to force The Bat! to open a new editor window using pre-set parameters.

mailto: is thetandard Internet URL for publishing e-mail addresses and is described in RFC 2368.

This command line parameter can be used by browsers that need to open an e-mail editor when the user clicks on a link which contains a mailto: URL.
