Option	Description
Parental control	Specifies whether to use parental control or not. Select this check box to prevent unauthorized users, such as children, from viewing DVDs that have Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) ratings higher than the rating that you choose.
Select a rating	Lists the MPAA ratings. For example, if you want to prevent unauthorized users from viewing DVDs that are rated R or higher, select PG-13.

You must set up appropriate Windows user accounts and passwords to use DVD parental control. If you do not set up appropriate user accounts, the DVD parental control settings will not take effect. For more information about setting up user accounts, see Windows Help
