To back up your licenses

1. On the Tools menu, click Manage Licenses.
2. To change the backup location, click Change, and then select a location that you want to store backup copies of your licenses to.
3. In the Manage Licenses dialog box, click Back Up Now.

Note

• We recommend that you periodically back up your licenses to a floppy disk. If you reinstall or upgrade the operating system, your licenses may be lost even if you retained the protected files. You can also use backup disks to transfer licenses from an old computer to a new one, or to transfer licenses from a work computer to a home computer.
