Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there are no
streaming protocols selected for the Player to use. Select one or
more protocols, and then try again.
To select a streaming protocol
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click
the Network tab.
In the Streaming protocols area, select one or more
protocol check boxes.
