The printer driver must be configured to match the finishing options that are available on your Document Centre. These settings are found in the Installed Options section of the Configuration tab in the printer driver.
If Bi-directional communication is enabled, you can select Automatically Update Installed Options and the driver will automatically update the Installed Options items. Otherwise, you can select the items manually.
