The hole punch mechanism creates two, three, or four holes depending on how your finisher is equipped. The number of holes created with the punch cannot be changed through your software.

This feature produces sets of a multi-copy print job that are slightly offset from one another when they are delivered to the specified output tray. This feature often makes it easier to sort and handle documents when you are printing several copies.

Your Xerox system supports stapling using one or two staples.

• Collated, 1 Staple places a staple in the upper left corner for both Long Edge Feed (LEF) and Short Edge Feed (SEF) portrait or landscape documents.

• Collated, 2 Staples places a second staple on the lower left side of the document.

  Stapling positions may vary depending on other selections, such as rotation or N-up (multiple pages on a single sheet) settings.

Booklet finishing provides the capability to print documents so that the printed output is folded like a booklet. Booklets can be stapled or not stapled. Booklet finishing is only available when using Short Edge Feed page orientation.

When a booklet job is printed, the associated banner sheet will be delivered to the same output location as the main print job. The banner sheet will folded and will be printed on the outside of the page, but it will not be stapled.
