The Status Dialog shows the status of your Xerox system as well as specific information about your print jobs. You can use this dialog to verify that your printer is functioning properly.
Status information is available only when bi-directional communication is enabled.
To check the status of your Xerox system:
Choose the Paper/Output tab.
Click the Status button. The Status dialog opens. The Status button will not appear if bi-directional communication is disabled.
The Printer Status area indicates whether the printer is currently available. Use the scroll bars in the text box to review any specific details on its operational status.
You may want to
click 'Refresh Now' at the top of the dialog to obtain up-to-date
information.
