The watermark feature lets you create and print text across the first page or every page of a document Watermark text is .independent of the text in your documents. Some printer drivers also enable you to use graphics as watermarks. The watermark definitions you create can be used on any document.
Some applications may not support watermark printing.
To create a watermark:
Open the driver from your application's Print dialog Properties.
On the Layout/Watermark tab, click New to open the Watermark Editor.
Type a name to identify the watermark.
Choose one of the following:
Select Text for a text watermark. Add the text you want to the box, then choose any desired options.
If available, select Bitmap and select a bitmap file, then choose any desired options.
Use the Angle scroll bar to modify the angle of the watermark on the printed page.
Use the Density scroll bar to lighten or darken the appearance of the watermark.
You may also preview how your watermark will look on different paper sizes or page orientations.
The Preview display does not always match the actual output.
Select Preview in Color if you want watermark color reflected in the preview image.
Click OK to close the Watermark Editor.
On the Layout/Watermark tab, make sure your watermark is selected on the list, then choose any other desired print options.
Click OK to return to the print dialog.
Click OK to send your document to print.
