If you printer driver is enabled for bi-directional communication, any optional equipment such as a hole punch unit or finishing equipment, is automatically selected and enabled on the Configuration Tab.
If bi-directional
communication is not enabled on your printer driver, check with
your System Administrator.
To access the Configuration Tab:
Open the printer driver from the Printers folder.
Choose Properties. The printer driver opens.
Choose the Configuration Tab. Any optional paper trays and/or finishing devices are selected.
