How To...Print Envelopes

Your printer and printer drivers support envelope printing. Ensure that envelopes are loaded in the printer before printing.

  When envelopes are fed into the printer using a Long-Edge Feed,  the print image is automatically rotated 180 degrees to ensure proper orientation on the envelope.

To print envelopes:

1. Open the driver from your application's Print dialog Properties.

2. On the Paper/Output tab, choose Select Paper.

3. From the Type selection, choose Envelope.

4. Click OK to close the driver and click Print.
