About this Help file

This Help file contains information to help you troubleshoot the most common errors that you might encounter when using Microsoft® Windows Media® Player 10. The same information is displayed when you click the More Information button in an error message.

At the bottom of each topic is a Web Help link. Clicking this link displays new information about the error, if any new information is available. You must be connected to the Internet to view Web Help.

To view supplemental information about a specific error

• Use the Search tab to enter keywords or an error message ID (for example, C00D0BC2), and then click List Topics.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@informationworker.forsenergy.ru to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
