The printer driver enable you define, name, and save specific printer driver job settings. Rather than picking print options each time you open the printer driver, you can simply select one of your saved job settings and print your document.
To load saved printer driver job settings:
On the Paper/Output tab, click Load...
On the Load... dialog, select the job setting name you want to use to print the current job.
Click Load to enable the job settings.
Click OK on the driver main dialog to print the job.
To delete saved job
settings, select a name from the list and click the Delete
button.
