How To...Print Booklets

Booklet creation enables you to print documents as small booklets. Two images are printed on both sides of each sheet of paper. The pages are reordered sequentially and are orientated so that when folded, the paging is correct.

Keep in mind that the layout of a booklet differs from the layout of a 1-up document. Line wrapping and page breaks will vary. Booklet finishing is only available when using Short Edge Feed page orientation.

When banner sheets are used with booklet printing, the associated banner sheet will be delivered to the same output location as the main print job. The banner sheet will folded and printed out the outside of the page, but it will not be stapled.

Booklet Layout is not available for Windows NT PCL drivers.
