CentreWare printer drivers enable you to vary the paper color, sizes, and/or types that you use for print jobs without ever getting out of your seat. As long as a media types, colors, and sizes are available and programmed appropriately at the Xerox system, you can select them right in the printer driver.
To select paper options:
Open the driver from your application's Print dialog Properties.
From the Paper/Output tab, click Select Paper.
Choose Size, Color, or Type and make you specific selections
within the specified option. Keep in mind that an option you choose
under one category may restrict the options available in a
different category. For example, selecting Type > Transparency,
eliminates the availability of any color options.
If you want to make different selections for the document body and
covers or transparencies, select Covers and Advanced to open the
Select Paper dialog. Make you selections on the appropriate
tabs.
Continue with any other drivers selections.
Click OK when you are done.
