The accounting functionality provided with your Xerox system has the ability to track usage by individual user or group account. To do so, the System Administrator must configure the printer and printer drivers for accounting.
Each user or user group must be assigned an ID. The printer drivers can be configured to automatically use a particular ID when an individual prints, or users can be prompted to enter IDs each time they submit print jobs.
