Table Not Detected

Table areas mark tables or text fragments arranged in a tabular form. If the program fails to detect a table automatically, use the Table tool to draw a table area around the table manually.

  1. Select tool on the toolbar at the top of the Image window and use the mouse to draw a rectangle around the table on your image.

  2. Select Analyze Table Structure from the table shortcut menu or click button on the Table area's pop-up toolbar.

  3. Edit the results by using the pop-up toolbar, the table shortcut menu, or the commands from the main Areas menu.

  4. Re-launch the OCR process.

You can assign the Table to an already recognized area. To do so, select Change Area Type>Table from the shortcut menu by right-clicking on the area.
