Saving Recognized Text in PPT Format

Layout retention modes are set on the Formatting tab in the Options dialog (Tools>Options menu).

Note:

• When you save text in PPT format, the fonts used are either those set on the Formatting tab in the Options dialog (Tools>Options menu) or those set during text editing in the Text window.

Important! When saving results in PPT format, they are saved as special HTML files containing different parts off the presentation. To save the presentation as one file, it should be save anew using PowerPoint (select Save as in the File menu and specify PPT as the saving format).
