Reads the open batch page. Note: If blocks are drawn on the

drawn on the pages ABBYY FineReader will recognize the blocks only
and leave the other parts of the pages unread.

Reads the active block.

Analyze Layout
Draws blocks on an open image automatically.

Analyze Layout on All Pages
Draws blocks on all the batch pages.

Analyze Layout in Block
Allows to draw blocks in the active block automatically.
Useful, for example, when you want to analyze only the part of the
image.

Analyze Table Structure
Draws rows and columns in a table.
Useful, for example, in case you draw blocks manually but don't
want to draw all the table separators manually. Draw a separate
block for the table, run this command, and then edit the results of
automatic analysis by using the table editing tools.

Check Spelling...
Looks for misspelled words and uncertain words in the text.

Next Error
Moves the pointer in the Text window to the next uncertain
word.

Previous Error
Moves the pointer in the Text window to the previous
uncertain word.

Save Wizard
Opens the Save Wizard so you may select the application for
saving the text and also set the saving options.

Save Pages...
Saves the recognized text to a disk file.

E-mail Pages...
Opens the E-mail Pages dialog. In the dialog that appears,
select the attachment options and click OK. The recognized
text will be attach to an e-mail letter.

Send All Pages to>
Sends all the recognized pages into the application you select
without saving them on disk.

Send Selected Pages to>
Sends the recognized text into the application you select without
saving it on disk. If you'd like to export only certain batch
pages, select them
first.

Save Images...
Saves the page image or selected block images.

E-mail Images...
Opens the E-mail Images dialog. In the dialog that appears,
select the attachment options and click OK. The selected
images will be attach to an e-mail letter.

| Automated Tasks |

The list of the available automated tasks: PDF/Images To
Word, Scan To Word, and Scan To PDF. The list may
include custom automated tasks.

Automation Manager...
Opens the Automation Manager... dialog. The Automation
Manager allows you to create and modify automated tasks, and
delete custom automated tasks which you no longer use.

Starts the background recognition mode. While
ABBYY FineReader recognizes new pages, you may edit the pages
already recognized. |
