Installing Dictionaries on External Memory Cards

If there is not enough onboard memory on your Palm device and it supports external memory cards, you can install all or some of the dictionaries on external memory cards.

Important! You cannot install dictionaries on external memory cards under Palm OS 5.0.

To install dictionaries on an external memory card:

1. Plug in the memory card on which you wish to install dictionaries;
2. Run the Palm Installation Manager on your desktop PC (Start>Programs>ABBYY Lingvo);
3. Select the dictionaries you wish to install;
4. Specify that you wish to store system dictionaries on an external memory card.

Note: You can install dictionaries on several memory cards

Dictionaries stored on external memory cards are used together with the dictionaries stored in onboard memory and can be enabled or disabled
