Cancel a scheduled online payment
You may still be able to cancel an online payment after you've sent it to the bank.
  1. At the top of the page, click Bills.
  2. In the left pane under Common tasks, click View electronic transactions.
  3. In the table at the bottom of the page, click the scheduled payment you want to cancel, and then click Cancel Payment.
  4. On the Cancel electronic payment page, click Cancel Payment.


Contact your bank to find out how much time you have to cancel an online payment you've already submitted.
