Cancel MSN Bill Pay
Before you can cancel your MSN Bill Pay service, you must cancel any payments you have scheduled that have not yet been sent.
  1. Click Banking.
  2. Under Common tasks, click Manage online services.
  3. Click MSN Bill Pay.
  4. Click Stop using MSN Bill Pay in Money, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
