Find out if you're eligible for a
deduction
Money can help
you determine which business expenses you can deduct on your
Schedule C
(An
IRS form used to calculate the profit and loss from a sole
proprietorship. ) tax form.
- Click Taxes, click Tax Tools,
and then click Tax Line Manager.
- In the left pane, under Common tasks, click
Go to Schedule C setup.
- Click an expense category.
Expense categories marked Included are
currently designated as deductible and will be included in your
Schedule C reports.
- At the bottom of the page, click
Deduction.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
Based on your answers, Money determines if you are eligible for
the deduction and marks the category as Included
in or Excluded from your Schedule C reports.
