Stop using online services
To cancel online updates to Money from your bank or brokerage, follow the steps below. These steps do not cancel all of your online services from your bank or brokerage. To cancel other services and to make sure that your bank or brokerage no longer charges you for those services, contact its service department.
  1. Click Banking.
  2. Under Common tasks, click Manage online services.
  3. Click the name of the bank or brokerage.
  4. Under Use online services, click Stop using online services.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen.


To see your bank or brokerage's contact information, on the Manage online services page, click the bank or brokerage name, and then click the link under View contact information.
