Create a group


1. Open the Address Book dialogue
2. Highlight an address book
3. Go to Edit->New Group
4. Define a name, handle, options and templates for your group


Enter comments into the Memo field.




Add items to the instant Address Pop-Up

Check this if contacts should be easily available in the message editor.


Hide items if not explicitly selected

When checked (default) contacts are shown only in the Group but noit in the root the group belongs to.


When writing messages, always use character set:

Define a character set to use with all messages for contacts in this group. Useful with a group consisiting only of. say, Asian contacts.
