To set the caption or subtitle language for a selected video,
on the Play menu, point to Captionsand Subtitles, and then click the appropriate language or
other option.
A bullet appears next to the language or option that
is currently selected.
To set the default caption or subtitle language for all videos,
on the Play menu, point to Captions and Subtitles,
and then click Defaults. In the Default Language
Settings dialog box, in the Captions and subtitles list,
click the language in which you want the captions and subtitles to
appear.
