Help for online stores is not provided in
Windows Media Player Help. If you need assistance with using online
stores, you must use the Help content available from the content provider.
On the View menu, click Online Stores, and then
click the content provider name.
The content provider's online store Web page is
displayed.
Click the help links available in the Web page from the content
provider.
