To sort items using a different column heading in your library

1. Click Library.
2. In the Contents pane, click the category that contains the items that you want to sort.
3. In the Details pane, do one of the following:
   • To sort items in ascending order, click the heading of the column that you want the items sorted by.
   • To sort the items in descending order, click the heading of the column that you want the items sorted by again.

Note

• The items play in the order that they are displayed in the Details pane. To play the items in random order, select the items and drag them to the List pane, click Now Playing List, and then click Play Shuffled. To change the order of items in the Now Playing list, click Now Playing List, and then click Shuffle List Now.
• You can also highlight items in the Details pane that contain media information for the selected sort order by clicking the Library Options button above the Details pane, and then clicking Group by Sorted Field.
