Create a new invoice from an existing one
You can save time by copying a similar existing invoice instead of creating a new one.
  1. Click Business.
  2. Click the invoice you want to copy.
  3. Click Copy Invoice.
  4. Make any necessary changes to customer details, including the billing address.
  5. Click Edit Item to change items on the invoice, or click Add Item to add new items.
  6. When you're done with each item, click Enter.
  7. At the bottom of the invoice, click Save and New to create another new invoice, or click Save and Done.

Note

You cannot copy an invoice with a reimbursable item or a time item assigned to it.
