Create a new invoice from an existing one
You can save
time by copying a similar existing invoice instead of creating a
new one.
- Click Business.
- Click the invoice you want to copy.
- Click Copy Invoice.
- Make any necessary changes to customer details, including the
billing address.
- Click Edit Item to change items on the
invoice, or click Add Item to add new items.
- When you're done with each item, click
Enter.
- At the bottom of the invoice, click Save and
New to create another new invoice, or click Save
and Done.
Note
You cannot copy an invoice with a reimbursable item or a time
item assigned to it.
