The Money Contact Manager is theMoney electronic address book.
You can use it to manage the contact information for your payees,
customers, and vendors. The Money Contact Manager is available even
when you aren't working in Money. When you synchronize the Contact
Manager and Money, the information in each place is updated so that
it is the same in both. For more information, see About the Money

Microsoft Outlook is a separate Microsoft program you can use to
manage contacts, scheduling, and communications, such as e-mail. If
you use Outlook, importing information from Outlook to Money or
exporting information from Money to Outlook makes it easy to work
with your customer and vendors accounts in Money and communicate
with your customers and vendors using Outlook. Importing or
exporting helps you keep the information about your contacts and
payees current in both places.
