About Cash Flow Insights
With Cash Flow Insights, you can quickly see an overview of how
much income you have to cover your expenses. Cash Flow Insights
enables you to easily review the total credits and debits for each
account you have set up in Money.
If you have set up your accounts to receive automatic updates
online, Cash Flow Insights shows the information from your last
online update. Cash Flow Insights displays the date of the last
update, so you always know how current your information is.
Notes
- To view accounts in Cash Flow Insights, you must first set them
up in Money.
- If your account is set up online, the balance shown will
reflect the information from your last online update as well as any
transactions you have entered in your Money file. The balance will
not necessarily be the same balance that your financial institution
shows. For example, the balance could be different if you entered a
check in Money but the check has not yet cleared your bank.
- The information about the last online update is available only
for accounts that are set up online. It will not be displayed for
accounts that you are tracking manually in Money.
Tips
- To make changes to the information in Cash Flow Insights, open
your Money file and make changes to your accounts there. Or, if
your accounts are set up online, open your Money file and download
your updated account information. The next time you open Insights,
it will display the updated account information.
- To quickly open the Account Register for the account you are
viewing in Insights, click the account icon in the center of the
Cash Flow Insights window.
- To change the date range shown in Cash Flow Insights, click
Settings in the lower left corner of the Cash Flow
Insights window.
