With Spending Insights, you can closely watch your spending in any categories you are tracking in the Money Spending Tracker for your budget. For each category you are tracking, Spending Insights displays your spending in the current month and the budgeted amount, or spending limit, you set for that category, so you can be sure to stay within your budget. When your spending in a tracked category exceeds 75 percent of your budget for that category, the Insights icon in the Windows notification area, to the far right of the taskbar, will show an alert . Insights will alert you again when your spending reaches 100 percent of your spending limit.
