Reply template options

The reply template is used whenever you write an answer to a received e-mail.

If your Reply Template contains the %QUOTES macro the original text will be inserted in your reply with a quote prefix. The Account level reply template is where you can define the Sender information used for quotation setting.

Initials is the default setting.

Example (John A. Smith is used as the sender):
