Folder view

The folder view is a vital part of reading messages.

You can open a folder view by double clicking on a message in a message list or by double clicking on the Mail Ticker (tm).

You can use a folder view in one of two main ways: with or without the Message List.

Without the message list, all you see is the body (and headers, if enabled) of the currently viewed message from the folder. You can navigate through the messages in the folder by using the navigation menu and the equivalent toolbar buttons.

With the message list enabled, you will have a split window, with a list of messages above and a message view pane below. In this mode, you can navigate through the messages in the folder by using the message list to select which message to view.
