- Go to Start>Programs>ABBYY PDF Transformer 2.0 and select Transform PDF File To..., or
- In Windows Explorer, right-click the PDF file you wish to convert and on the shortcut menu, select ABBYY PDF Transformer 2.0 and then select the action you wish to perform, or
- In Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel, click the Transform PDF button on the toolbar, or
- In Microsoft Outlook, select the e-mail message with the attached PDF file you wish to convert and then click the Transform PDF button on the toolbar.
- Go to Start>Programs>ABBYY PDF Transformer 2.0 and select Create PDF File, or
- In Windows Explorer, right-click the desired DOC, RTF, XLS, PPT, HTML, VSD, or TXT file, and on the shortcut menu, select ABBYY PDF Transformer 2.0 and then select the action you wish to perform, or
- In a Microsoft Office application, on the ABBYY PDF Transformer 2.0 toolbar, select the action you wish to perform.
Note: To be able to create PDF files from Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint documents, you need to have the corresponding Microsoft Office application installed on your system.
